I am lucky to be in this field. Every client I’ve met
along the way
has contributed to my development.
I consider myself a health provider first. Immersed in the wellness space for nearly two decades, I predominately practice through the modalities of bodywork and natural movement. The lens at which I view the body; facilitating its innate ability to heal and overcome challenges offers clients a well-rounded and thoughtful approach to each person’s unique circumstance.
This fulfilling vocational path is greatly influenced by a lifetime of athletics & physical training as well as a deeply engrossed personal healing journey of chronic illness.
Combining all that I have learned from the world of rehabilitative bodywork and movement training with the lessons from healing my own illness and injuries has created a deep well of experience, knowledge, perspective & endless curiosity for personal expansion.
I look forward to sharing with you!

I graduated massage school in 2006. My career as a bodyworker has stretched across many arenas including clinical rehabilitation, medical & sports massage and luxury hospitality. I hold certifications in several areas including, but not limited to, orthopedic and medical massage, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, Qigong, Reiki Master & Holy Fire attuned, Primal Movement and GOATA Locomotions. I am a life-long learner on a quest for wisdom!
My clinical experience has allowed me the opportunity to work with a vast population of people. From chronic pain to cancer patients; surgery recovery to professional athlete. I have participated in the healing & performance journeys of literally thousands of people.
This has carved a humbling path for me as both a provider and a human being. Bearing witness to people navigating and overcoming some of their biggest life obstacles; seeing the depths of resilience in action, has influenced how I approach my own challenges and I am better because of it. -
Blending my experience in orthopedic and structural bodywork with certifications in specific movement modalities like Primal Movement and GOATA Locomotion, I have created an effective approach to health and wellness that works with all systems of the body.
The Jenkins Method is a movement and somatic-based approach to personal wellness. Combining Natural Movement training and thoughtful bodywork with the encouragement to trust your inner Self to guide you, I strive to re-educate adaptive movement patterns (loading/landing) as well as holding and resting postures. Through this work, you will deepen access to your intuitive ability to regulate your nervous system and navigate the stress in your life. Ultimately, paving the way for a stronger and more balanced YOU.
Through specific movements, exercises and bodywork techniques, you will experience profound shifts in revolving pain patterns, overall wellbeing and/or athletic performance. -
I serve as a voice and advocate of the body. Based on nearly TWO DECADES of working in rehabilitative bodywork, I have created a platform for sharing what I’ve learned over the years.
‘Insights of a Bodyworker’ is a workshop series where I offer a glimpse into what our bodies are trying to tell us on a day-to-day basis, and what we can do about it.
I introduce concepts and educational information about tensegrity, fascia & the nervous system; self massage and movement mechanics, helping connect the dots between all of our systems and how our life experiences shape our bodies including the mental & emotional connection to pain, injury and illness.
I share a variety of self-massage and somatic techniques to help you connect and shift the systems of your body and then incorporate specific movement exercises that allow you to integrate all that you learned.
